THIS convicted burglar from Sheffield is on the run after escaping from Sudbury Prison in Derbyshire.
Jason Thomas, aged 40, absconded from HMP Sudbury on Sunday.
He was sentenced 13 months ago at Sheffield Crown Court to three years’ imprisonment for burglaries.
Thomas, whose last known address is in Totley, is white, 5ft 9ins tall, of medium build, with mousy wavy hair and blue eyes.
