A HOUSE near Rotherham has been searched by detectives investigating the murder of a man found buried on farmland near South Yorkshire at the weekend.
The semi-detached property on Windmill Avenue, Conisbrough, is believed to be the home of four people being questioned by Nottinghamshire Police about the discovery of a body close to Everton, near Bawtry, Doncaster, on Saturday afternoon.
Yesterday a 22-year-old from South Yorkshire was arrested and was being questioned, along with a woman and three men, about the suspicious death of the man in his 50s, believed to have been a lodger at the Conisbrough house.
A 13-year-old girl arrested at the same time was released on Tuesday night.
Police have not named the man whose partly-buried body was spotted by a dog walker beside a hedgerow.
