Residents in Rotherham are being urged to have their say on proposals for tighter restrictions on landlords.
Until Monday, March 24, Rotherham Council is running public consultation on plans for selective licensing of private rented properties in the centre of Rotherham, Eastwood, Masbrough, Dinnington and parts of Maltby.
Under proposed rules, landlords will be required to get a licence for each house and meet additional conditions.
Drop-in sessions will take place at Masbrough Community Centre, College Road, next Monday from 2pm to 7pm, and at Rotherham Town Hall, Moorgate Street on Friday, March 7, from 2pm.
Visit www.rotherham.gov.uk/landlordlicensing for details or to submit a response to the consultation.
