Plea to tidy up town’s toilets site
Town councillors at Bawtry have asked Doncaster Council if the small piece of land behind the town’s public toilets on Gainsborough Road, behind The White Hart pub, can be cleared of accumulated debris.
They would also like to see steps installed on the slippery bank next to the toilets, which were reopened last year by the town council.
Car crash
Fire crews were called to a road accident in Sheffield Road, Conisbrough, on Saturday afternoon. The smash involved only one car and there were no serious casualties.
