The Bishop of Sheffield has announced the appointment of Rev Mary Gregory, rector of Kirk Sandall and Edenthorpe, as the new Dean of Women’s Ministry.
Mary, previously a deputy governor at HMP Moorland, was ordained as a priest in 2006 and served her curacy at St Lawrence, Hatfield. She has been the rector of the Church of the Good Shepherd since 2008. She said: “The Diocese is blessed with very many gifted and able women and men who serve in lay and ordained ministries.”
