New estate agency in town

A NEW estate agency is opening in Chesterfield.

Redbrik Estate Agency, on Glumangate is independent and claims it aims to reduce the complexity associated with selling or buying a home.

Owners Mark Ross and Julie Bulheller have over 25 years of experience.

Mark, a property valuer, said: “We’re thrilled to be launching our new business.

“We did a lot of research into where to locate our new business and the exciting new developments in the area such as the Waterside scheme suggested that Chesterfield could expect strong growth over the next few years.”

Julie, who will look after property negotiation, said: “Many estate agents are now owned by national chains, which means prices are often fixed and some services such as mortgage advice and conveyancing are not tailored to the local market.”
