DRUG raids were carried out at houses in Rotherham as part of a neighbourhood policing crackdown.
South Yorkshire Police seized a haul of eight mature cannabis plants from a house in Swinton during a two-day operation in the Wentworth North area. A 27-year-old man was arrested and remanded.
The second drug warrant was executed in Brampton, where a large bag of amphetamine with a street value of £2,000 was found.
A local man in his 20s was arrested for possession of a class B drugs and suspicion of burglary and released on police bail pending further enquiries.
Police, council workers and other agencies worked together in the operation.
