Learn Spanish at free lessons
BARNSLEY Council is offering free evening taster classes in Spanish.
The courses, suitable for beginners, will last for three or four weeks and include essential language for your next visit to Spain, such as how to introduce yourself and greet people, as well as other basic ‘survival’ language.
The classes, taught by a native Spanish tutor, will be held as follows:
n Mondays, January 30 and February 6, 20 and 27, 5pm to 6.30pm, Emmanuel Methodist Church, Huddersfield Road;
n Tuesdays, January 31 and February 7, 21 and 28, 5pm to 6.30pm, Age Concern, Queen’s Road;
n Tuesdays, January 31 and February 7 and 21, 6.30pm to 8.30pm, Age Concern.
Anyone interested is welcome to attend any or all of these sessions.
