STAFF from a hotel room booking firm raised thousands for Sheffield’s St Luke’s Hospice by taking part in the city’s half marathon run.
The team at Hotel Focus, based in Bakewell, collected £1,800 after competing in the Sheffield Half Marathon, which will go towards the hospice’s £5 million rebuilding campaign.
Workers Jane Gibbs and Charlotte Follett visited the hospice in Whirlow to hand over the money.
“We felt it was a great cause which is essential for the local community,” said Jane.
