Determined runners took part in a three-day challenge to run 96 miles between Liverpool and Sheffield in memory of the Hillsborough disaster victims.

Twelve men took part in the fundraising run to mark the 25th anniversary of the tragedy, in which 96 fans lost their lives.

The runners were raising cash for the Children’s Hospital Charity, Sheffield, and Alder Hey Children’s Hospital in Liverpool.
