CHRISTMAS celebrations are to kick off in Edlington next month with a festive fair.
The Yorkshire Main Commemorative Trust will be hosting the event on December 7 to help villagers get in the seasonal swing.
From 10am to 1.30pm there will be a Christmas fayre and open day at the Yorkshire Main Community Centre when guests will be able to browse a host of stalls and attractions, making the event the ideal place to do some Christmas gift shopping as well as finding a few seasonal treats on offer.
