SOUTH Yorkshire faces more weather misery as forecasters predict snowfall this weekend.
Residents have been warned to brace themselves for blizzard conditions throughout tomorrow, Saturday and Sunday with flurries of the white stuff expected to fall over Sheffield.
Temperatures are expected to plummet tonight, which could cause heavy snow to fall tomorrow morning.
The bitter cold spell is predicted to last into the following day and people have been warmed to wrap up warm as conditions dip below freezing on Saturday.
The weekend’s ‘snow’ is more likely to be hail or wet sleet and only expected to settle on high ground.
