ONE of the main roads in Rotherham town centre is closed off this morning while firefighters tackle a blaze in a derelict pub.
Crews were called to Wellgate at 4.30am after the derelict Alma Tavern was found alight.
When firefighters arrived they discovered a blaze in the roof space.
A investigation into the cause of the fire is set to be launched once crews finish damping down.
