A man has been arrested on suspicion of drink driving after a crash in Rotherham today.

The 29-year-old was driving a black Nissan Navara pick-up was travelling along Fish Pond Lane, in Braithwell at about 7.20am.

The vehicle left the road on a right hand bend, rolled over and came to rest the right way up.

The man suffered minor injuries and was later arrested on suspicion of drink driving

Police are keen to speak to anyone who witnessed the crash or saw the events leading up to it.

They also want to trace the driver of a white Volkswagon Golf, which was travelling along Fish Pond Lane, towards Grange Lane, when the accident happened.

Anyone with information is asked to call South Yorkshire Police on 101 quoting incident number 112 of August 13, 2014.
