THE world’s fastest coffee-powered car is heading for Sheffield.
Shoppers will be able to view the lean, bean, record-breaking machine when its journey grinds to a halt outside Ecclesall Road Co-operative Store next Tuesday.
The vehicle, which recently set the Guinness World Land Speed Record for a car of its kind, will be there from 2.45pm to promote Fairtrade Fortnight.
Peter Cooper, manager of the Ecclesall Road branch, said: “It’s vital that we educate people about the Fairtrade movement.”
