Local flavour for food fair
VISITORS to Clumber Park can enjoy local produce at a food fair at the weekend.
The park, near Worksop, is transforming its stableyard into a marketplace selling items such as cheese, meat, eggs, handcooked crisps, pastries, tarts and chocolates.
Chefs will also be taking part in cookery demonstrations using ingredients from the market stalls run by suppliers including Gringley Gringo, who make chilli-based products, and Chocolate Confetti, who make handmade chocolates.
The food fair takes place from 10am to 4pm on Saturday and Sunday.
