Liz's pork recipes are talk of the town
EX ATOMIC Kitten star and Celebrity Masterchef winner Liz McClarnon showed off her cooking skills on a trip to Chesterfield to promote pork.
Liz demonstrated how to cook pork properly as part of a nationwide Love Pork tour, which stopped off at Coghlans Cookery School on the Broom Business Park in Sheepbridge.
The singing star – who topped the charts with hits Whole Again and a cover of the Bangles' Eternal Flame – suggested ways to make pork more flavoursome and succulent using different recipes and seasonal ingredients.
She also showed off recipes from her brochure Liz McClarnon's Autumn Collection, including mouthwatering combinations of pork with plums, rosemary, pumpkin, pear, cinnamon, apple and even cheese.
Liz said: "Luckily pork works really well with most of the fruit and vegetables in season in Britain right now.
"It made developing recipes a breeze."
