A NEW dyslexia support group for parents wanting to help their children will be launched in Sheffield next month.
The group has been created by Support 4 Dyslexia, based at Century Park, Station Road in Halfway and it willstart on Saturday, June 16 from 2pm till 4pm.
The aim is to help parents to learn more about dyslexia and how to support their children.
Manager Sarah Chambers said: “Parents will be able to share ideas for helping their children with learning and self-esteem, as well as discussing their worries.”
The aim of the group will be to discuss issues such as typical dyslexic difficulties, frustration, reading and spelling.
