The closing date for residents to comment on how many councillors should be elected to Sheffield Council is next week.
The independent Local Government Boundary Commission for England is asking if 84 councillors should continue to serve on the authority in future or whether there should be more, or fewer, representatives.
The public consultation will close next Monday, April 14.
Max Caller, commission chairman, said: “We want to make sure Sheffield has the right number of councillors to be able to take decisions on behalf of residents in an effective way, as well as being able to represent the interests of all local communities.”
