Labour should tell us their plan

Have your say

How can Martin Mayer justify his position as chair of the anti-cuts alliance when, as a trade unionist and active Labour member, he stood by and allowed his party to run up gigantic debts which almost bankrupted the country?Cuts are something no one wants and we would all like to be special cases, but it is imperative that we do our utmost to protect frontline services.

The Lib Dems have put forward a budget for Sheffield which keeps those services intact and at the same time understands that the hard working people do not wish to see an increase council tax.

Why has Labour not put forward a budget? People deserve to know their intentions are.
