It is clear that many of the culprits were employed. There is no reason why they needed to riot. To blame unemployment is a simple, politically motivated cop-out. If this was the cause then why were there no riots in Sheffield?
He says the bankers are the friends of the Government.
I remember the Lib-Dems trying to bring in stricter rules for banks, but Labour’s government wouldn’t do it.
Face facts, Labour had 13 years to sort out the banks, but they chose not to bother.

Having done my homework, I now know that the figure on the Crimean War Memorial isn’t Queen Victoria, but Victory. Given that the Greek for this is Nike and bearing in mind the trainer shops in the vicinity, it seems Fargate is the ideal location for the lady.

it’s just my opinion, but why on earth should the kiss of life be given to that sepulchral monument building of the Post Office, in Fitzalan Square? Surely Messrs Malone and Clayton should keep their thoughts from things that are past and done.
