SHEFFIELD woman Kristy Rogers has been picked from thousands of hopefuls to fly the flag for ‘real women’ as part of a lingerie company’s new advertising campaign.

The 31-year-old is one of 11 women from across the country appearing in a big budget campaign after she applied for a place via social networking site Twitter.

Lingerie firm Ultimo, whose ambassadors include Kelly Brook, Mel B and Sarah Harding, launched a search at the end of last year after deciding it was time to celebrate ‘real women’ as well as celebrities.

Kristy, a senior fashion buyer from Norton, was picked to model the Dazzle range from the summer collection. She and the other models were treated to a full-scale celebrity fashion shoot, including styling by professional hair and make-up artists.

She said: “The whole experience was exciting, fun and overall amazing.

“It was a privilege to be part of such an important and strong message to women of all backgrounds and sizes.

“The team was so professional and made me feel completely at ease.

“It was a pleasure to share it with the rest of the girls and some great friendships were formed.”
