TWO Sheffield homes were broken into on the same morning by an offender who reached in through windows and unlocked doors to get keys left in the locks.
The properties were on Myrtle Road, Lowfield, and Northcote Avenue, Meersbrook. South Yorkshire Police are warning residents to remove keys from locks.
Police are also investigating two attempted break-ins, where offenders tried to force patio doors – on Harvey Clough Road, Norton Lees, and Becket Walk, Lowedges. Nothing was stolen.
