JUSTICE FOR ANGELA: Experts probe house from top to bottom after death

POLICE were called into Ms Wright's home as soon as the conditions she had lived in emerged.

They cordoned off her bungalow and kept the property under police guard for two-and-a-half days while forensics experts examined it from top to bottom.

The police video unit was called in to capture the way the property looked and where Ms Wright had sat for three years without ever being moved out of her chair.

Neighbours said they saw forensic experts using specialist fluorescent lamps in the property.

South Yorkshire Police have said the death is not being treated as murder and that officers are trying to establish the "events leading up to the death".

A spokeswoman said: "On Wednesday October 1 an emergency call was received stating that a 45-year-old woman had died at her home address in the Totley area of Sheffield.

"Emergency services attended and as a result of this South Yorkshire Police have commenced an investigation.

"The police will be working closely with a Home Office pathologist and other medical staff and social services to establish the events leading up to the death of this woman."

Anyone with information should call West Bar Police Station on 0114 296 4162.
