KEEN runners Helen Gilbert and Daryl Hickey have already raised more than £1,000 for dementia charity Lost Chord.
Now they are hoping other fitness enthusiasts will join them in the Sheffield Half Marathon, supporting the organisation that provides music experiences for people with dementia.
“It is the enthusiasm and determination of people like Helen and Daryl that enables us to maintain our programme of professional musical events across the region,” said Lost Chord chief executive Helena Muller.
“That’s why we are looking for more people than ever before to sign up for the Sheffield Half Marathon on Sunday, May 12, on our behalf.”
