Supermarket chain Aldi is to create 400 jobs for new regional offices and a distribution centre in South Yorkshire.
The firm wants 250 warehouse workers, 100 for transportation roles and 40 for office jobs.
Aldi is set to open its new distribution centre in 2015 but is launching its recruitment drive this year to ensure that new members of staff are fully trained ahead of the opening date.
Baxter Personnel Limited is dealing with applications for the positions.
Liam Rafferty, Financial and Administration Director at Aldi, said: “The regional distribution centre at Goldthorpe will provide a hub for Aldi’s growing portfolio of stores across South and West Yorkshire, Lincolnshire and Derbyshire.
“We’re looking to engage with the local community to identify suitable candidates who want the opportunity to work for a successful and growing retailer.”

Planning permission for the £25 million Aldi development was granted in 2008.
Objections to the scheme came from surrounding communities, on grounds of the depot being partly on Green Belt land, close to three Dearne schools, and in an area already heavily congested with traffic.
