Is Sheffield full of sleepyheads?

SHEFFIELD residents love a good night's sleep, according to a new survey. The survey found Sheffielders doze for six hours and 24 minutes on average every night, above the national figure of six hours, seven minutes.

Nearly a third of those questioned said they suffer from insomnia, while 87 per cent said they feel tired for most of the week.

Where sleep was disturbed, the main causes were money worries, problems at work, family troubles and relationship issues, according to the poll by shopping channel QVC.
