We've taken to the streets of Sheffield to find out how you are celebrating Bonfire Night.
Samantha Thomas, 35, from Herringthorpe, Rotherham
“We won’t be doing anything special. Our children are 12 and 14 so they will be doing their own thing. It used to be massive, with bonfires everywhere - now, there is only one in our area, in Clifton Park, and it was yesterday. Sheffield is too far away for us.
“We had a party for Halloween party instead. It is what we celebrate these days.”
Lucy Adams, 18, and Ben Poole, 20, students at Sheffield Hallam University
Ben said - “We are going to After Dark. I went there last year and it was brilliant. It is great fun. We will going with some friends, I would say there will be 10 of us. They already have their tickets but we will be buying them on the door for £12 each."
Abdurahman Ahmed, 57, from Spital Hill, Burngreave
“We will be celebrating it at home. My daughter is coming to our house and we will have some food, rice and meat. She will be bringing some fireworks.”
Harriet Moore, 27, Eastbank Road, Heeley
“We are going to the Brothers Arms pub, in Heeley. They are putting a firework display. Besides, one of the owners of the pub is on a band, The Everly Pregnant Brothers, and they will be playing too. It starts at 7pm and it is free.
I will be going with my family but some of my friends will be there too. There will be around 20 of us.”
Jonny Landan, 25, Shirebrook Road, Heeley
“I will be going to the Brothers Arms with some friends. It is local and it has really nice views. I will watching the fireworks display.”
