Sheffield residents are being asked to have their say on the quality of waste and recycling services.
Contractor Veolia and Sheffield Council say they want to find to find out what residents think about of black bin, blue bin and blue box collections, household waste recycling centres, and local recycling sites.
Five thousand surveys are being posted to random addresses across the city and will arrive this week, but for those that do not receive a survey through the post, the survey is available to complete at www.arpsurveys.co.uk/sheffieldwaste.
The deadline for completing the questionnaire is Tuesday, December 17.
All completed surveys will be entered into a prize draw to win £100 in Meadowhall Vouchers.
Lynne White, communications manager at Veolia, said: “The survey will tell us what you the customer thinks. The information we receive will help us ensure we are providing you with high quality, reliable services and help us to identify and implement further improvements.”
