Sleep workshops in Sheffield are helping exhausted parents get some much-needed shut-eye.
In workshops run at The Children’s Hospital in Sheffield, families struggling with sleep issues learn practical strategies to try to enable them to get some sleep.
One of the parents who benefited from the last course was Jenny Leaning, from Stannington, whose 19-month old daughter, Libby, was getting up for up to three hours every night.
The Children’s Hospital Charity has approved funding for further workshops to benefit 20 families.
The next will take place on Thursday, September 17 from 9.30am to 2.30pm at Paces Campus in High Green.
