A SHEFFIELD law firm took pride in a city festival for the third year running by sponsoring a tent offering information and advice to the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender community.
Irwin Mitchell set up the tent at the Sheffield Pride Festival which covered topics including legal services, health and well-being and wedding co-ordination.
Staff from other organisations, including Kenwood Hall, HSBC and the Sheffield Eagles, were also on hand to advise on their own areas of expertise.
Thousands attended the Pride event in Endcliffe Park.
Jane Wright, personal injury partner and member of the Diversity Board at Irwin Mitchell, said: “We want the LGBT community to know exactly where they stand on important legal issues due to ever-changing legislation and hope that, as well as having an enjoyable day, people went away from the event armed with information.
“At Irwin Mitchell, we are proud to celebrate the diversity of our people, our clients and the communities in which we operate. It has been fantastic to be part of so many Pride celebrations up and down the country this year.”
