Business people and sport lovers are preparing to get onto the greens and tee off in support of South Yorkshire dementia charity Lost Chord.

The charity’s annual Golf Day will this year be held at Rotherham Golf Club, on Friday, May 16.

Admission costs are £220 per team of four, with a choice of tee-off time, a hot bacon roll and coffee to begin, and a two-course dinner at the end.

The day will include a putting competition, prizes for nearest the pin and the longest drive, and a raffle.

The charity uses interactive musical sessions in residential care homes, to help stimulate the brains of dementia sufferers.
