Residents in Rotherham are being urged to come and meet the people who run the town’s hospital.

The Rotherham NHS Foundation Trust is holding its quarterly governors’ surgery sessions on Wednesday, October 8.

The sessions are between 9am and 11am and 3pm and 5pm at the main entrance of Rotherham Hospital and in the reception area of Rotherham Community Health Centre on Greasborough Street, near the town centre.

Rebecca Ferguson, membership officer for the trust, said: “By listening to the views and experiences of our patients, visitors and members of staff, our governors are able to fully represent their constituents and influence trust decision making and developments through their quarterly Council of Governors meetings.”
