ONE in three Sheffield mums has argued with someone over how to raise their children, research claims.
More than 30 per cent of mothers in the city say they have fallen out with relatives, other mums and even strangers who made a remark about how they should bring up their children.
The survey was conducted by nappy brand Huggies - and potty training was one of the top causes of rows.
Emma Kenny, child psychologist for Huggies, said: “For many mums it can be difficult to hear comments about how their child isn’t doing something by a certain age, or isn’t behaving in a certain way. It is important to remember than all youngsters develop at different speeds.”
