Rotherham Town Hall will be lit up in red next month as part of a campaign to raise awareness of heart disease.
The town is supporting the British Heart Foundation’s Rock up in Red campaign to highlight that the disease is Britain’s single biggest killer.
Coun Ken Wyatt, said: “It’ll be a reminder of our constant battle against heart disease and our commitment to tackle its devastating effects on people’s lives through education, information and practical means, such as healthy eating and exercise.”
