THE House of Commons Health Select Committee has called for the Government to change the NHS complaints process after the experiences of a South Yorkshire family.
Wentworth and Dearne MP John Healey raised the case of Goldthorpe toddler Vinny Duggan whose parents Andrea and Andy Duggan are still seeking answers over the way their son was treated after his birth.
Vinny, now two, has heart and lung problems and brain damage thought to be from lack of oxygen.
A fitness to practise investigation found hospital staff had no case to answer.
