a FREE NHS health check for people in Doncaster aged between 40 and 74 is on offer from Rotherham Doncaster and South Humber NHS Foundation Trust tomorrow.
The ‘test your health’ check, which is taking place at the Talking Shop, 63 Hallgate, Doncaster, between 9am and 3pm is a quick and simple review of core risk factors associated with Type 2 diabetes, renal disease, stroke and heart disease.
People will also receive tailored advice on how to stay fit and healthy. You can drop in or book an appointment by ringing 01302 565650.
The check takes around 20 minutes and includes questions about health and family history, measurement of height and weight, and blood pressure, cholesterol and blood glucose tests.
There is also an opportunity to ask any related health questions.
