MALE supermarket workers are to have their chests and legs waxed this Friday to raise money for charity.
Tesco Metro on West Street in Sheffield is collecting money for Cancer Research - with brave staff James Taylor and Sean Lancaster getting waxed from 1pm.
And on Sunday customer assistant Kirs Kaluza, 44, from Wisewood, is tackling a sponsored silence to raise at least £200.
“We fundraised for Cancer Research a few weeks ago too, and a member of the public affected by cancer said thank you very much for doing it. Things like that stick in your mind,” said Kirs.
