HOSPITAL staff from Sheffield are meeting up with a human rights charity next week to discuss ways to help survivors of torture.
Members of Freedom From Torture are meeting medics from the Royal Hallamshire Hospital’s neurology department on Monday, sharing their knowledge, skills and experience of working with torture victims.
Psychotherapist Stephanie Howlett said doctors in Sheffield have encountered torture survivors from foreign countries.
