DONCASTER youngster Liam Dunne met up with Emmerdale star Emma Atkins – thanks to a charity which makes poorly children’s dreams come true.

Liam, aged 11, from Balby, was joined by Emma, who plays Charity Sharma, and football pundit Chris Kamara on a trip to Lapland arranged by the organisation When You Wish Upon A Star.

Liam was treated to the trip after the charity heard how he was battling rhabdomyosarca, which affects the muscles and causes soft tissue tumours in sufferers.

He rode snow quads and sleighs during the trip.
