Hannah Bailey, who set up Wise Choice Nutrition after graduating from her public health nutrition degree at Sheffield Hallam University, has launched the new element to her business targeted specifically at men and women who want to shed a few pounds to ensure they look their best for their wedding day.

The 22-year-old said it was often at this time of year that thoughts turned to getting fitter and more in shape as the warmer weather approaches, particularly for those who have summer nuptials planned.

She has also teamed up with personal trainer Aimee Rogers, from Revitalize Fitness, to further boost the service offered.

Hannah, originally from Spalding in Lincolnshire but now living in Sheffield, said: “Many brides want to lose weight for their wedding day but it’s important to do it healthily.

“Losing weight quickly can be dangerous and is not sustainable. Wise Choice Nutrition and Revitalize Fitness can help you lose weight and keep it off. By combining a healthy diet and regular exercise, you can get the most from your body and look great on the wedding day.

“I offer healthy menu plans available online to help brides and grooms to be to eat healthily before the big day and after it too.

“The menu plans are based on healthy meals and suitable for the whole family including children. Any member of the bridal party can be included, bride, groom, bridesmaids, parents of the bride or groom, best man and the package can be taken out for three, six or 12 months.”

Both companies are offering a free 30 minute consultation to find out more.
