A HOST of adventures has been organised by the Sheffield Children’s Hospital Charity to encourage people to pledge their support.
Hiking expeditions, swimathons and golfing challenges all feature, with the flagship event being the Peaks Challenge on July 17.
It will see participants walking 14 miles from Edale to Torside, taking on the four highest peaks in the Peak District - Kinder Scout, High Shelf Stones, Bleaklow and Grindslow Knoll.
A new Snowdon challenge for September will involve scaling the highest mountain in Wales.
Golf fund-raisers are at Hallowes Golf Club on June 10 and Sickleholme Golf Club on August 5.
Water babies are invited to take part in a Pugneys Country Park open water swim on July 10 near Wakefield.
