STAFF at a Barnsley hotel put their fitness to the test in a charity challenge.
A group of Tankersley Manor workers took part in an indoor charity row-athon to raise money for the Barnsley Hospice.
Leisure club members and staff raised more than £3,800 in the event, rowing a total of 1,703,675 metres over 12 hours.
Christophe Gitton, Tankersley Manor general manager, said: “The rowathon was a great success and a lot of fun.
“Most importantly, our hotel raised much-needed cash for the hospice.
“As a team we are thrilled and are looking forward to our next fundraising event.”
