TWO clinics operating from a temporary base following a devastating fire at Chesterfield Royal Hospital will move back to their normal location from Monday.
The fracture clinic and the orthopaedic clinic have been operating from Staveley Ward since the fire four weeks ago.
For the past two weeks work has been carried out rebuilding the roof, repairing the damaged ceiling, and carrying out redecoration.
Now the services can move back to their original home.
A temporary reception will be in place within the clinic, accessed through the accident and emergency department.
The next two weeks will also see a temporary kitchen installed at the Relax@TheRoyal cafe - normally a staff-only facility - meaning workers, visitors and patients will be able to purchase a hot meal once again.
Demolition work on the devastated main entrance is nearly complete, with tendering work for the rebuild and refurbishment work to take place over the coming weeks.
