A CARE provider has opened a new office in Rotherham to provide home services to the area – and says it will bring 100 jobs to the town.

Ark Home Healthcare has launched an office at Bradmarsh Business Park, on the edge of the town centre, to provide care for people living in their own homes.

More than 30 staff have already been recruited after Ark won a contract with Rotherham Council to provide home care services.

The company plans to expand its local workforce to at least 100 in the coming months to deliver care to local authority and private clients.

Ark regional manager Leanne Watson, responsible for the day-to-day management of Ark’s Rotherham operation, said: “We are delivering care to our clients with a complete focus on their individual needs.

“We work closely with every one of them and their family to provide high-quality care which is delivered by our comprehensively trained, experienced and dedicated home care workers.”
