PATIENTS at Doncaster’s St John’s Hospice have received a boost from members of the Doncaster branch of the Royal Antediluvian Order of Buffaloes, who raised £200 from members’ donations.

RAOB member Ian Scholan said: “My wife spent some time at the hospice day care centre and thoroughly enjoyed her visits. The RAOB felt it would be fitting to make the hospice one of our charities of choice.”

Alison Constantine, voluntary services manager at St John’s Hospice, said: “We are delighted and very grateful.”
