People who use patient transport to get to health appointments in Sheffield are being asked for their views on the quality of services.
Transport facilities in the city are provided by several different companies including Arriva, Yorkshire Ambulance Service, City Taxis and NSL Care Services.
The Healthwatch Sheffield organisation wants to know if patients’ transport arrives on time, whether vehicles are adapted to their needs, and if there are any problems with services.
Patients are also being asked if anyone goes ‘above and beyond’ for them.
The closing date for responses is December 7.
