PUBLIC transport users across the region are being encouraged to give their feedback on bus, tram and train services as Travel South Yorkshire marks National Customer Service Week.
National Customer Service Week is an annual event held to raise awareness of customer service and the vital role it plays in successful business practice and the growth of the UK economy.
Representatives will be manning stalls at interchanges in Barnsley, Doncaster, Meadowhall, Rotherham and Sheffield from 11am-3pm, from Monday to Friday next week.
Passengers will be invited to give their feedback on the public transport and service information available. In return they will be handing out free giveaways and information.
South Yorkshire Passenger Transport Executive’s director of customer experience, David Young, said: “We are working to improve the customer service offered.”
