AIRCRAFt enthusiasts are being given the chance to take off for an exclusive peek behind closed doors at a Doncaster museum later this month.
Aeroventure, the South Yorkshire Aircraft Museum, will be holding a back lot tour on April 28 when visitors will be able to see areas, items and exhibits not normally open to the public. Enthusiasts and engineers will be able to see some rare and unusual pieces of kit from aircraft from across the globe and also get a glimpse into what makes the museum on Dakota Way, Lakeside, tick and how machines are repaired and restored.
Tours of the back lot will take place from 11am and 2pm. For more details visit www.southyorkshireaircraftmuseum.org.uk
