Friends of a church volunteer who died in a three-car road collision are invited to her funeral service.

Mandy Gold, aged 21, died with her boyfriend Stephen Donnelly in the smash as they drove back from a wedding.

A service is to be hosted by Antioch Community Church – where Mandy was a volunteer and 26-year-old Stephen an associate pastor – on Tuesday.

It will take place in the Hope City Megacentre, Bernard Road, from 2pm.

Mandy’s family, of Harthill, have invited ‘all who knew and loved Mandy to attend a service to celebrate her life’.

The family of Stephen, who lived in Treeton after moving from Northamptonshire, are holding a private service.

The couple were killed in a collision on the A14 near Naseby, Northamptonshire, on Saturday, June 22.

Tributes described them as a ‘besotted’ couple who intended to marry.

A man has appeared in court charged with causing both their deaths by dangerous driving, as well as driving after drinking excess alcohol.
